How we make money

The Fitting Room is free to use. We earn money through affiliate links: when you click a link to a retailer on our site and then make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay.

How products are promoted

• Products appear in our editorial buying guides (the edits) and, once launched, in personalised recommendations from our stylist.
• Each product links directly to the retailer's own website, where you complete your purchase. We do not sell products ourselves.
• Links to retailers may be affiliate links, managed through networks such as Sovrn Commerce and directly with retailers. They are marked with a "Shop at" button and every page with such links carries a short disclosure at the top.
• We do not use pop-ups, forced redirects, cookie stuffing, coupon spam or paid placements.

Our editorial independence

We choose products on quality, fit, value and suitability. Commission rates do not influence which products we include or how we rank them. When we show prices from several retailers, we show them in price order, whether or not we earn from each one.

Prices

Prices in our guides are typical prices at the time of writing and change often. The price on the retailer's site at checkout is the one that applies.
